Troubleshooting (Advanced)
Cannot input using the touchscreen
z
Set [Touchscreen Mode] to [Auto] or [Touchscreen Mode] in the [Main] menu of the Setup Utility. ( Î page 99 )

Cannot point the correct position using the included stylus

When you want to use the input panel

Unable to read/write to the hard disk
z Your drive or file may not have been properly set.
z Check if there is sufficient space on the hard disk.
z Check that the account with which you are logged on has read and write permissions.
z Your hard disk content may be corrupted. Contact your technical support office.
To check an internal hard disk error
z Disconnect all peripheral devices, including the external display, and check a disk error. ( Î page 109 )
