NOTE: Before beginning assembly, determine desired cable ori-
entation. Cable can be configured facing toward or away from
equipment.
1. Attach the STABILIZER FEET (1) to the BASE TUBE (2)
using two PLATES (3) and four NUTS (4) as shown. Tighten
the NUTS until the BASE TUBE sets firmly on the STABI-
LIZER FEET. Do not fully tighten the NUTS at this time.
NOTE: Cable orientation coincides with the ACCESS HOLE
(A) location at the bottom of the BASE TUBE. The STABI-
LIZER FEET should be oriented to face exercise equipment.
(i.e. if cable orientation is desired toward the exercise equip-
ment, the ACCESS HOLE at the bottom of the BASE TUBE
and the STABILIZER FEET should face the same direction)
2. Slide the BASE COVER (5) over the BASE TUBE (2) as
shown. Align the slot in one side of the BASE COVER with
the ACCESS HOLE (A) in the BASE TUBE. Do not secure
the BASE COVER at this time.
3. Place the REAR CONSOLE COVER (6) over the UPPER
TUBE (7) as shown.
4. Insert the NYLON BUSHING (8) onto the bottom of the
UPPER TUBE (7) as shown.
5. Loosen the screws of the SHAFT COLLAR (9). Place the
SHAFT COLLAR over the top of the BASE TUBE (2).
6. Insert the UPPER TUBE (7) with NYLON BUSHING (8)
through the SHAFT COLLAR (9) and, into the BASE TUBE
(2) as shown. Position the bend of the UPPER TUBE to
face the same direction as the STABILIZER FEET (1).
Tighten the SHAFT COLLAR until snug.
NOTE: The UPPER TUBE must be inserted no less than
the marking on the UPPER TUBE.
7. Attach the TV BRACKET (10) to the top of the UPPER
TUBE (7) using two HEX BOLTS (11). Tighten the BOLTS
until snug.
8. Position the TV CONSOLE (12) near the TV BRACKET
(10). Secure the TV to the TV BRACKET using three
PHILLIPS SCREWS (13) and NYLON WASHERS (14) as
shown leaving the lower right mounting hole open. Tighten
the SCREWS until snug.
9. Position the assembly in front of the desired equipment.
Adjust the STABILIZER FEET (1) as necessary at the
PLATE NUTS (4) to allow the feet to slide under or next to
the equipment. Tighten the PLATE NUTS securely.
Adjust the height as necessary at the SHAFT COLLAR (9).
Tighten the SHAFT COLLAR securely.
Adjust the TV CONSOLE (12) to the desired angle at the TV
BRACKET HEX BOLTS (11). Tighten the HEX BOLTS
securely.
10. Route the end of the POWER CORD (15) without the FER-
RITE (B) down through the UPPER TUBE (7) and BASE
TUBE (2). Lift the BASE COVER (5) and pull the POWER
CORD to one side at the base as shown. Leave approxi-
mately 6 inches of POWER CORD at the top of the UPPER
TUBE.
11. Route the COAXIAL CABLE (16) down through the UPPER
TUBE (7) and BASE TUBE (2). Carefully pull the end of the
COAXIAL CABLE out the ACCESS HOLE (A) in the BASE
TUBE. Leave approximately 6 inches of COAXIAL CABLE
at the top of the UPPER TUBE.
