Fitting in separate mains wiring spurs for the sources and power amplifiers is not to isolate them from the
mains distortion present in the rest of the house; it's to reduce how much of the mains distortion from the
power amplifiers gets into the other audio components in the system! Linn switch mode powered
components can actually help to improve the sound of all the other components in the system.
