After placing the Cross-Trainer in the intended
location for use, check the stability of the unit. If
the unit is not stable, rotate the FOOT (G) that appears
to be higher until the Cross-Trainer is stable.
Plug the POWER CORD into a dedicated elec-
trical outlet (See the Operation Manual for
Electrical Requirements). Switch the ON/OFF switch to
the ON position.
