Problem/Solution
Error message: ffdshow compatibility manager

1. Select Use
ffdshow (always) and
Don't show me
again.
2. Click OK.
Live video does not work.
Make sure that the
hardware acceleration
of the computer
graphics card is set up
correctly .
To set the hardware
acceleration of the
computer graphics
card, follow these
steps:
1. Right-click the
desktop window and
select Properties.
2. Click the Settings
tab.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Click the
Troubleshoot tab.
