Open the home screen.
Press and hold the Left button
until the home screen appears.

Open the Settings menu.

Select the item to be set.
To decrease the display brightness, for example,
select "Brightness" to view its options.

Select the desired option.
After the desired option is set, the Settings
menu appears again.
Pressing the Left button returns to the previous
display without selecting an option.
