Multiple calls active
When you accept a Call Waiting call, the following rules determine whether
the phone uses the earpiece or the speakerphone for audio delivery.
• If you are engaged in a T2T call and the phone is closed, audio is always
presented using the speakerphone.
• If the phone is open, both calls are presented using the speaker that is
being used for the first call. For example, if the first call is using the
earpiece speaker, then the second call will also use the earpiece
speaker.
• When there are multiple active calls and the phone is open, you can
press
to manually toggle the speakerphone ON or OFF for both calls.
In all cases, both of the active calls are affected when is pressed.
