Closing a Mailbox
Speed access no. 04.
! A mailbox must be empty before it can be closed.
To close a mailbox:
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter Menu.
2 Input speed access no. 04, wait.
3 Enter the number of the personal mailbox to be
modified/deleted, press Enter.
4 Press
ᮢ or ᮡ to select Close, press Enter.
5 At Close Box?, press Enter.
6 At Password, enter the 4-digit numeric password. Press
Enter.
7 Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
! If the message Illegal Operation is displayed, the
mailbox selected contains one or more messages. The
mailbox must be empty before a change can be made.
