4. Press the cursor up, down button to select the de-
sired disc and press the ENTER button.
÷ When 5 and ∞ are displayed on the top, the menu
has more pages above or below the current page.
When the cursor is located on the bottom edge,
pressing the cursor down button makes it possible
to advance to the next page. (When the cursor is
located on the top edge, pressing the cursor up
button makes it possible to return to the previous
page.)
¶ Place the cursor on the “Character” button on the
upper part of the OSD and press the ENTER button
to start character search of the discs registered in
the selected “user file”.
¶ When daisy chain connection is set, the set changer
units can be switched using the MAIN, SUB 1 and
SUB 2 buttons.
3. Press the cursor up, down button to select the de-
sired user file and press the ENTER button.
÷ The discs corresponding the selected condition are
displayed.
÷ If user file names have already been registered, their
names are displayed.

press the ENTER button.

“ 0” ............. Eject the searched disc.

ч It is not possible to add or clear registration using
the OSD.
2. Press the cursor up/down button to select “Disc” or
“Artist” and press the ENTER button.
3. Press the cursor button to move the cursor on the
OSD screen to the “Keyboard” area, then move the
cursor on the desired character and press the ENTER
button.
“ ” + ENTER .......... Return to the display before
the character input.
÷ If you are operating the main unit, press the
RETURN button.
“Exit” + ENTER .......... Enter the selected character.
“Delete” + ENTER ...... Delete the selected character.
“All Clear” + ENTER .. Clear all characters in the
character display.

Operation procedure
1. Makes sure that the disc is selected using the search
function.
“CHARACTER SEARCH” step 1 to 6 ........... Á
“MUSIC TYPE SEARCH” step 1 to 4 ........... ¨
“USER FILE SEARCH” step 1 to 4 .............. ˆ
To quit USER FILE SEARCH mode
Press the LIBRARY button.
