BASIC OPERATIONS (RC-D710 + TM-V71)
SwITChINg ThE POwER ON/ OFF
Press the
[ ] switch to switch the transceiver ON.
Press the
[ ] switch again to switch the transceiver OFF.
ADjuSTINg ThE VOluME
Rotate the
[BAND SEL] (VOL) control of your selected band clockwise to
increase the volume and counterclockwise to decrease the volume.
ADjuSTINg ThE SQuElCh
Rotate the
[SQL] control of your selected band, when no signals are present, and
select the squelch level at which the background noise is just eliminated.
