Distribution must submit a copy of the Canadian Government Form 942 Purchase Order document to Samsung in order to receive the associated
NMSO Rebate.
 Pricing and NMSO Rebate is valid to NMSO Resellers only.
 This discount rebate can be applied to both participating distributors’ current and new inventory during the specified promo period.
 All Rebates and Spiffs will be paid out based on electronic POS claims submitted by distribution.
 Claims to be submitted by distributor within (15) days to Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.

Products must be invoiced within the promotional period to qualify. NO Backorders will be honored.
 Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise specified by Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.
