6.3 Troubleshooting
IF JAMMED IN THE PRINTER OUTPUT AREA
1. If the paper jams as it exits to the paper exit tray and a long portion
of the paper is visible, pull the paper straight out.
If there is any resistance, and the paper does not move immediately when
you pull, stop pulling. Continue with the next step.
IF JAMMED INSIDE THE MACHINE
1. Pulling the cover release buttons toward you, open the cover.
2. Remove the toner cartridge.
