Text Messaging
T9 word suggestions
Several word options exist in the T9
dictionary for various key press
combinations. The most commonly
used word is displayed first. If this is
not the intended word, scroll
through additional T9 options.
The word must be

Select the soft key.
The displayed word is
replaced with a different
word. If this word is also
incorrect...

Select again. Repeat
until the correct word
is displayed.
If the word you want does not
display, it may be entered without
T9 or added to the T9 dictionary. If
no word displays, T9 prompts you to
add the word to its dictionary.

Appears in the lower
right corner. Select
soft key.
J
Enter word using multi-
key entry (without T9).
Save
Select soft key. The word
is added to the
T9 dictionary.
