Troubleshooting tips
Your ARTIS hearing system is an extremely reliable device.
However, should a problem occur, this can usually be corrected
quickly. Use this trouble shouting guide to sort out simple
problems.
PROBLEM CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
System has no Battery polarity Make sure battery is
sound reversed inserted correctly
Weak or dead Replace with new
Battery battery
Instrument not Close battery door
turned on completely or press and
hold program button (if
present) for 3 seconds
System clogged Clean System
System Improper seating in Try reinserting the
whistles ear instrument until it
fits securely
Volume control too Lower the volume control
high (if present)
