Storing destinations in Group Keys

Group Keys allow you to dial a group of fax numbers by simply pressing the
appropriate Group Key once. To store a group of numbers in a Group Key,
follow the steps below.

Any Rapid Key that is not already programmed as a Rapid Key or a
Program Key can be used as a Group Key.

To store a number in a Group Key, the number must already be stored in a
Rapid Key or Speed Dial number.

Up to 158 numbers can be stored in one Group Key on the FO-DC500, or
258 numbers on the FO-DC600.

If the network scanner option is installed, a group of e-mail addresses
(previously programmed in Rapid Keys and/or Speed Dial numbers) can be
stored in a Group Key. (Note that e-mail addresses and fax numbers cannot
be mixed together in a Group Key.)
