Select the destinations using any of the following methods.
(Note for network scanner option: Fax destinations and e-mail
destinations cannot be mixed together.)
•
Press a Rapid Key.
•
Press
and enter a Speed Dial number. (If you enter less than 3
digits for the number, press
to complete the entry.)
•
Press a Group Key. (See
Storing numbers in Group Keys on page 134.)
•
Enter a full fax number with the numeric keys (max. 60 digits) and then
press
. (Note: A maximum of 20 full fax numbers can be entered.
Less can be entered if a large number of programs, timer operations, and/
or group keys have been stored.)
•
Press
, enter an e-mail address, and then press
. (Only if the
network scanner option is installed; maximum of 20 full addresses.)
Note: If you need to delete a destination, press

to select the
destination and then press
.

to set the resolution and
contrast.

If you are sending the document to fax destinations, press
twice.
Transmission will begin.
If you are sending the document to e-mail destinations, press
once and go to the following step.
