2.3.4 General User
General User window allows the administrator to create the General User ID and password for the
security level defined as General User.
User Name List: User Name List displays the registered user name.[Delete] and [Modify]
deletes/modifies the General User in the list.
New User: Enter the General User Name, password to confirm.
