Owner must ensure that all pla yers kno w and follo w

• See instruction man ual for pr oper installation.
• DO NOT HANG on the rim or an y par t of the system
including backboar d, suppor t braces or net.
• During play , especiall y when perf orming dunk type
activities, keep play er's face awa y from the backboar d, rim
and net. Serious injur y could occur if teeth/face come in
contact with backboar d, rim or net.
• Do not slide , climb, shake or pla y on pole .
• When adjusting height, keep hands and fing ers awa y from
moving parts. • Do not allow children to mo ve or adjust system.
• During play , do not wear jewelr y (rings, watc hes,
necklaces, etc.); objects may entangle in net.
• Keep organic material awa y from pole base . Grass, litter ,
etc. could cause corr osion and or deterioration.
• Chec k pole system for signs of corr osion (rust, pitting,
chipping) and repaint with with exterior enamel paint. If
rust has penetrated through the steel anywhere , replace
the pole immediatel y.
• Chec k system before each use for pr oper ballast, loose
hard ware , excessive wear and signs corr osion and repair
before using. • Chec k system before each use for instability .
• Ne ver play on dama ged equipment.
• Keep pole top covered with cap at all times.

16. Upright pole (1) by tightening nut (25).
Using 3/4” wrench, turn nut (25) clockwise to
begin standing pole upright. Continue to turn
nut (25) until pole has come to rest against
washers (24) and pole is vertical.
Once pole is in its final position, install
washers (24) and nuts (25) onto J-bolts (19)
and fully tighten to secure pole to base plate
