Digital Audio

This feature allows you to select the Primary and Secondary language and as well the type of
audio transmitted in a digital broadcast. If the viewing channel is an analog channel, Digital
Audio cannot be selected.

Press MENU to access MAIN MENU screen.

Press CH a/s to move the “E” mark to “DIGITAL AUDIO”.

Press VOL k/l to access the DIGITAL AUDIO screen.

Press CH a/s to select “Audio Preference” or “Audio
Service”, then press VOL k/l to access to the selected
mode.
H AUDIO PREFERENCE
(i) Press CH a/s to select “PRIMARY LANGUAGE” or
“SECONDARY LANGUAGE”.
(ii) Press VOL k/l to change the setting.
Note:
• The language which is selected in Primary Language will not appear in Secondary Language selection
mode.
H AUDIO SERVICE
(i) Press CH a/s to select the AUDIO SERVICE. Six kinds
of audio service are available to be selected. However,
selectable service are depands on the programs contains.
The services are toggles as shown on below:
If a program has three services, audio service toggles
like below:
Note:
• AUDIO SERVICE: The type of audio transmitted in a digital broadcast signal.
• In additional, it is possible for multiple audio tracks to accompany a signal video track.
