Auto Focus lamp
LCD brightness
● Adjusting LCD Brightness
1. In any mode with the exception of Voice Recording and
MP3 mode, press the MENU button.
2. Press the LEFT/ RIGHT button and select the [Setup]
menu tab.
3. Select the [LCD] menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN button
and press the RIGHT button.
4. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the OK button.
[LCD] sub menu : Dark, Normal, Bright
5. Press the menu button twice and the menu will disappear.
■ You can adjust the LCD brightness.
● How to set up the lamp
1. In any mode with the exception of Voice Recording and
MP3 mode, press the MENU button.
2. Press the LEFT/ RIGHT button and select the [Setup]
menu tab.
3. Select the [AF Lamp] menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the RIGHT button.
4. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN
button and press the OK button.
If [Off] is selected : The AF lamp will not light up.
If [On] is selected : The AF lamp will light up.
※ If you select [Off] menu and take an image in poorly lit conditions or select the [Night]
scene mode, the camera may not take exact focus.
※ The Auto Focus lamp will function while using the self-timer even if the configuration is set
to off the lamp.
■ You can turn on and off the Auto Focus lamp
