print and read-out sides are imple-

A team of highly qualified staff as well as
auxiliary means such as optoelectronic
test devices, an electron microscope with
X-ray spectroscopy, an atomic force
microscope and climatic chambers are
available for permanent process control
and improvement, systematic error
analysis and also for maintaining the

The processes and procedures are
certified according to ISO-9002.
Sony DADC has qualified for this
certification after successfully
proving a 6-sigma quality.
