Connected
The connection is established. In addition to the signal strength icon (
), the
transmit/receive icon (
for 1xEV-DO rev. A;
for 1xEV-DO rev. 0;
for 1X) is
also displayed.
If you expand Sprint Connection Manager (
), the amount of data transferred is
shown:
Device locked
The device is locked, so that others cannot use the device and your account. To
use most of the features, you must unlock the device:
1.
If Sprint Connection Manager is not expanded, click
to expand it.
2.
Click the
icon.
3.
In the Enter User Lock Code window, enter the lock code, and click OK.
Tip:
If you can’t recall your lock code, try using the last four digits of either your
Social Security number or your wireless phone number, or try 0000 or NATL
(6285). If none of these work, call Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-
4727.
