Place the neckband on the neck.
The headset with the POWER button is the right housing (for
the right ear).

Lift up the headset slightly above the ear level, put down the
neckband so that it hooks on your ears and put the ear pads on
your ears.

Adjust the angle and position of the neckband so that the headset
is fitted comfortably on your ears.
