2 cups all-purpose flour
cup cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
tsp. ground red pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable or peanut oil

1. Slice onions into
thick slices; separate into rings.
2. In a bowl, stir together flour, cornstarch, salt and red pepper.
In large bowl, beat eggs, oil and beer; stir into flour mixture
until just mixed.
