• To stop repeat playback
Press 7 .
When a DVD VIDEO or DVD AUDIO disc is set, the unit
stops playback and quits the repeat mode.
When an SVCD, Video CD or Audio CD disc is set, the
unit stops playback but does not quit the repeat mode.
• To quit repeat playback
Press REPEAT until the repeat mode indicator goes off
in the display window.

¶ During playback except SVCD/Video CD playback with
PBC

Press ON SCREEN twice.
The menu bar appears on the TV screen.

Use 2/3 to move to , then press
ENTER.
The pull-down menu for repeat mode selection
appears under the

Use 5/∞ to select [A-B].
Depending on the disc type and unit’s status the
repeat mode changes as follows:
• During DVD AUDIO playback
• During DVD VIDEO playback
• SVCD/Video CD/Audio CD
NOTES
• You can also select the repeat mode via the menu bar.
See pages 44, 45 and 46.
• When the program playback mode is active with a DVD
AUDIO, SVCD, Video CD or Audio CD, the repeat mode
changes in the same manner.
Note that, however, in the "
" mode the unit repeats
all the programmed tracks, instead of all tracks on the
disc.
• During playback in the title/chapter/group/track repeat
mode, if you skip the title/chapter/group/track using
4/¢, etc., the destination title/chapter/group/track
is repeated.
• If appears when pressing REPEAT during DVD VIDEO
playback.
The disc content does not allow title or chapter repeat.
• Repeat playback function cannot be used during SVCD/
Video CD playback with PBC function.
