9 You can name or modify the titles of recorded
programmes.
9 You can also name or modify the title name
of the play list for HDD as well as DVD-RAM
and DVD-RW/-R (VR mode and unfinalised
Video mode) discs.

0 To name the play list, you have to create a play list

0 Modification on the DVD discs is not possible in the
following cases.

Select “NAME”.

Enter the characters.
0 Select and enter one character at a time.
0 There are 3 types of character sets. Select
AALPHABETB, ASYMBOL1B, or ASYMBOL2B.
0 Selecting ADELETEB deletes the character before
the cursor.
0 You can also press STOP/CLEAR to delete the
character. Press once to delete one character,
press and hold to delete all the characters.

Select “SAVE”.
0 You can also press PAUSE to save.

Exit title name creation.
To name a DVD disc
0 If you select and confirm on ADISC NAMEB in step B
of AModifying Thumbnail/CategoryB, the title entry
screen will be displayed. Enter the desired title name.
