UPTIME MAINTENANCE PLANNER
313, 315, and CT315 Skid Steer
• Change hydraulic tank oil
• Change chain case oil—if equipped (313 and 315 only)
• Change hydrostatic planetary gear case oil—if equipped (CT315 only)
• Replace primary air cleaner element • Check chain case oil level—if equipped (313 and 315 only)
• Lubricate steering linkage • Lubricate foot pedals
• Check coolant
• Take hydrostatic planetary gear case oil sample—if equipped (CT315
only) • Take hydraulic planetary gear case oil sample—if equipped (CT315 only)
• Check wheel lug nut torque—if equipped (313 and 315 only)
• Replace hydraulic oil filter
• Replace auxiliary water separator/fuel filter—if equipped
• Replace hydraulic oil tank breather element
• Take hydraulic oil sample
• Take transmission oil sample
• Replace in-line fuel filter
• Take diesel fuel sample
• Take engine coolant sample
• Replace secondary air cleaner element
• Check coolant level
• Check or drain fuel water separator filter
• Check or drain auxiliary water separator/fuel filter—if equipped
• Check track sag—if equipped (CT315 only)
• Lubricate Quik-Tatch™ linkage
• Lubricate boom linkage
• Take engine oil sample
• Change engine oil and replace filter
• Replace water separator/fuel filter
Every 6000 Hours
Every 1000 Hours
• Add coolant extender as indicated by COOL-GARD™ II test strips
• Lubricate cylinder pivot points
• Change engine oil and replace filter
• Change hydrostatic planetary gear case oil—if equipped (CT315 only)
• Drain, flush, and refill cooling system
Every 250 Hours
Initial Service - 250 Hours 1
Every 500 Hours
Initial Service - 500 Hours 2
• Clean radiator and oil cooler
• Check tire pressure—if equipped (313 and 315 only)
Every 50 Hours
As Required
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Check engine oil level
• Check hydraulic oil tank level
