GENERAL WARNINGS

If walker is exposed to extreme temperature (about 100°F

[38°C] or below 32°F[0°C]), high humidity and/or becomes

wet, prior to use, ensure handgrips do not twist on side

frame otherwise damage or injury may occur.
Walklite Walkers are NOT intended to be self propelled

while seated.
A physical/occupational therapist should assist in the height

adjustment of the walker for maximum support.
Care should be taken to ensure that ALL hand and height

adjustments are secure, and that wheels and moving parts are

in good working order before using this or any mobility aid.
All wheels and glide brakes MUST be in contact with the

floor at ALL TIMES during use. This will ensure the walker is

properly balanced.
The Rear Glide Brakes are intended to provide additional

security when in the seated position. The rear glide brakes

are NOT intended to be used for stopping the walker during

ambulation.
For optimal stability, the seat should be in the DOWN posi-

tion when using the walker for ambulatory assistance.
Always use caution when using walker on wet or icy surfaces.

STABILITY WARNINGS

The Walklite Walker can provide ambulatory assistance to

an individual weighing up to 300 lbs (136 kg), INCLUDING

the weight of the contents of the basket, if so equipped.
