• Parental–Lets you set the rating level for DVDs. When you
select a rating, that rating and all higher ratings are blocked.
You need to enter your password to watch a DVD with a
blocked rating. You can select 1 KID, 2 G, 3 PG, 4 PG 13, 5
PGR, 6 R, 7 NC17, or 8 ADULT.
• Default–Lets you reset all settings to the factory default. This
option does not reset the password.
Maintaining
Handling discs
• To keep a disc clean, do not touch the play side (non-label
side) of the disc.
• Do not attach paper or tape to the disc.
• Keep the disc away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Store the disc in a disc case after playback.
Cleaning discs
• Before playback, wipe the disc outwards from the center with
clean cloth.
Keep dust from the pickup lens by keeping the disc tray closed after
use. If there is dust on the pickup lens, use a cleaning disc to clean
them. Refer to the operating instructions of the cleaning disc you
bought.
