1 Install remote control batteries

Remove the cover from the back of the remote control, insert the batteries
as indicated in the battery compartment, then replace the cover.

2 Connect speakers

Position speakers around your room and connect as shown.
Loosen cap, insert speaker wire into the side, then tighten cap.

3 Connect devices

You can connect headphones and one device, such as game console or video camera, to the front of your NS-R5101 receiver.

Press to turn off main power before

connecting components.

Input Selector
Turn the knob to switch
between components such
as tuner, DVD, CD, or TV.

ON/STANDBY

Press to turn on your receiver

or put it in standby mode

during normal operation.

Speaker On/Off
Press to turn off speakers
when using headphones or
TV speakers.

Tuning/Preset
Press TUNING buttons to choose an AM
or FM radio station. Press PRESET buttons
to choose a saved station.

Volume

Video 3 Input
Connect a game console

Press to select
