The table below shows the DIP Switch settings for McPC 10/100:

Force Mode – Forces the converter to operate at 10 or
100 Mbps as determined by switch 8

Valid only when switch 7 is ON.
When ON, the converter operates at 10 Mbps. When
OFF, the converter operates at 100 Mpbs. 8 is only
valid in Force Mode, i.e. when switch 7 is ON
