7. Adjusting the door springs.
The door panel must be installed be-
fore this adjustment is made.
To check whether the door springs are
adjusted correctly:
Open the dishwasher door to the
horizontal position.
– If the door springs up to a 15 ° angle
from the horizontal position, the ten-
sion is correct.
– If the door remains in the horizontal
position, the tension needs to be in-
creased.
– If the door tries to close, the tension
should be decreased.
The adjusting screw is located in the
upper front strip, on the left side of the
dishwasher.
Open the dishwasher door.
Adjust the door springs to the cor-
rect balance by using a T20 torx
screwdriver:
– turn clockwise to increase the
tension
– turn counterclockwise to decrease
the
tension.
