Editing a Phonebook Entry
When editing a phonebook entry, you can change
uppercase letters to lowercase letters.

Press ON or Handsfree.
Note: To perform a “speed dial”, press
PHONEBK
, the location number, then press
ON.

To modify the name, press
DELETE

to backspace and erase characters to the
left of the blinking cursor. See page 25 for
information on entering text.
The first letter of the entry is an uppercase
letter.
To change the entry from uppercase to
lowercase, press *. A flashing square
indicates you are in the uppercase text
entry mode. A flashing _ indicates you are
in the lowercase text entry mode.
