Transferring Calls to Other Handsets

Select HOLD.

Press INTERCOM.
If you only have one additional handset, pressing
INTERCOM automatically pages the handset. Continue to
step 5.

Scroll to and select the handset to which you
want to transfer the call.

Select PAGE.

To announce the transfer to the other handset,
speak once the page has been answered.

Select UNHOLD. The call is transferred to the other
handset and all three individuals are on the call.

Press
to
disconnect.
Conference Calling
Multiple handsets can participate in a call.
When only one handset is on a call, LINE IN USE is
displayed. Once additional handsets join the call,
ON CONFERENCE is displayed.
To connect to a call from an additional handset, press
or HANDSFREE.
To join a conference call, press
from the base
unit.
To disconnect from a conference call, press
on
the handset.
