In compact applications, the E27
can be double stacked to provide
extra capacity.
Versatile convection oven designed to provide a fast, even
bake. Bakbar’s specially designed baffle system and
reversing fan system evenly distributes hot air around the
oven, eliminating the need to turn trays.
The E27 is able to provide an exceptional result with a wide
range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proofed frozen doughs
including French sticks, baguettes and dinner rolls.
The oven is also ideal for baking croissants, Danish pastries,
flat breads, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake
and confectionery products.
