Machine does not
start or a fuse/
breaker trips.
1. Fuse/breaker has blown.
2. Switch disabling key is removed or at fault.
3. Motor is at fault.
4. Capacitor is at fault.
1. Correct short/replace fuse/replace breaker.
2. Install/replace switch disabling key; replace switch.
3. Correct motor wiring connections or replace bad
motor.
4. Replace capacitor.
Machine has vibra-
tion or noisy opera-
tion.
1. Fan is bent or loose.
2. Motor or component is loose.
1. Adjust fan balance or replace fan.
2. Inspect/replace stripped or damaged bolts/nuts, and
re-tighten with thread locking fluid.

1. Dust collection drawer is full.
