Adapting Recipes For Convection Baking

Use the temperature called for in your recipe.

Use pan size recommended in the recipe.

You may find that you need to reduce it by
depending on the type of food you are cooking.

Preheating is not necessary with foods having a bake
time of over 15 minutes.

Check foods for doneness at the minimum

How to Set Your Oven for Convection Baking

To avoid possible burns, place the shelves in the
correct position before you turn the oven on.

display. Continue pressing until the desired
temperature is displayed.

When the oven starts to heat, the word “ON” and
