Lubrication
To prevent excessive wear on the saw blade, be
sure to maintain a continuous flow of water on
both sides of the blade. Never cut tile without the
water lubrication system running.
To set up the water lube system:
1.
Assemble the pump and hoses as described
on
Page 12
.
2.
Position the pump so it does not interfere
with the movement of the table.
3.
Fill the water reservoir with enough water to
completely cover the suction inlet on the
pump as shown in
Figure 19
. DO NOT over-
fill the reservoir.
4.
The pump turns on when the saw is turned
on. The water flow can be adjusted using the
flow rate lever on the side of the pump.
