Assembly

• Slide the assembled sport bar

lights onto the light rack with the
lenses facing away from the
hinge.

• Fit a

" washer onto each of two

#8 x 1" screws.

• Insert the #8 x 1" screws with

washers up through the light rack
and into the sport bar lights as
shown.

• Tighten the screws with a Phillips

screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Position the sport bar on its side,

with the ends curving away from
you.

• Slide the loop at the end of the

long seat belt strap onto the
center section of the sport bar.

Please Note: Make sure that the
side of the seat belt strap with the
fastener is facing away from you
and that the seat belt strap is not
twisted.
