Children can be harmed by small
parts, sharp edges and sharp points
in the vehicle’s unassembled state,
or by electrical items. Care should be
taken in unpacking and assembly of
the vehicle. Children should not handle
parts, including the battery,
or help in assembly of the vehicle.
WARNING
Turn the vehicle upside down. •
Fit a side support onto a peg on the vehicle. •
Hint: The side support is designed to fi t one way. If it
does not seem to fi t, turn it around and try again.
Insert a screw through the side of the vehicle and into •
the side support. Tighten the screw.
Insert a screw through the side support and into the
•
bottom of the vehicle. Tighten the screw.
Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining
•
side support on the other side of the vehicle.
A cardboard packer was placed in the front end of •
the vehicle to protect it during shipment. Remove
the cardboard packer and throw it away.
Hint: You may need to fold or crush the cardboard packer
before removing it from the vehicle.
Turn the vehicle upright. •

Fit the dash onto the posts on the windshield, •
as shown.
Hint: The dash is designed to fi t on the windshield one
way. If it does not seem to fi t, turn it around and try again.
Insert two screws into the holes in the dash assembly. •
Tighten the screws.
