Select the function by turning the function knob.

Select the temperature by turning the temperature control knob clockwise. The oven
temperature indicator light, between the knobs on the control panel, will glow until the oven
has reached the set temperature, and then it will go out. Note: the temperature indicator light
may glow and go out again during cooking as the oven maintains the set temperature.

When you have finished cooking, turn the function and temperature control knobs to the off O
position.
