Larger diameter pipe, tube and other round materials can be
ground quickly and efficiently using the GICS grinding center.
An integrated cooling lubricant system and infinitely variable
feed rate ensure perfect surface finishes on even the most
demanding materials such as stainless steel.
The GICS centerless grinding center comes standard with all
the features necessary for easy and convenient operation.
Specifically designed for production shops, the GICS has been
constructed with industrial specs and features superior
machine reliability. Matching grinding belts from Grit are
available for all materials and finishing requirements.
Materials of unlimited length can be processed thanks to the
optional in feed and out feed extension fittings. The linear
feed guide guarantees precise alignment in both vertical
and horizontal positions. In addition: for materials that require
two steps for the required finish GICSs can be combined
to operate sequentially in line.
