ASSEMBLY
Plate
• Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the
steering column.
• Insert a #8 x 3 /
4
" (1,9 cm) screw through the large
opening in the steering column cap and into the hole
in the steering column. Tighten the screw.

• Slide the plate under the steering column, as shown.
• Insert a #8 x
3 /
4
" (1,9 cm) screw into the plate and tighten.

• While holding the handlebar in place, carefully turn the
vehicle over. Check to be sure the steering column fits
through the hole in the steering linkage.

• Turn the vehicle upright.
• Fit the handlebar steering column and connector down
through the large opening in the front end of the vehicle.
