Assembly
• Fit the fender onto the ends of the handlebars. (Make
sure the end of the fender marked FRONT is facing
toward the front of the vehicle.)
• Slide the fender up the handlebars to the fairing.
• Fit one end of the front axle into a cap nut.
• Tap the front axle with a hammer to secure the cap nut
on the front axle.

• Remove the rubber bands from the shock sets and
dispose of the rubber bands.
• Using safety scissors, cut the four shock set halves
from the runner. Carefully trim excess plastic and
dispose of the runner and all excess plastic.
• Sort the inner shock halves from the outer
shock halves.
Note: The inner shock halves have a peg.
