• Turn the vehicle on its side.
• Insert the end of the steering column through the hole in the
steering rod.
• Place a 1 cm washer on the end of the steering column.

• Insert a #8 x 1,6 cm screw through the hole in the end of the
steering column.
• Fit a #8 lock nut on the end of the screw and tighten.
• While holding the lock nut with an adjustable wrench (or pliers),
tighten the screw.
• Turn the vehicle upright.

• Fit the steering wheel cap into the centre of the steering wheel.
• Insert two #8 x 2, 5 cm screws and tighten.
• Insert the 0,4 cm x 3,8 cm pin through the hole in the end of the
steering column.
• Lower the steering column so that the pin fits inside the centre of
the steering wheel.

• Fit the wide notch in the side of a headlight lens under the wide tab
on a lens guard.
• Press firmly on the inside of the headlight lens to snap it into the
lens guard.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other headlight lens to the
remaining lens guard.
