NOTE:
• If you have an iTerra PRO or iTerra Elite with a JAM box on the top
of your printer please follow these steps in section 3.
• If your iTerra Elite does not have a JAM box, go directly to section 4
step 3.
1. Remove and discard the cable
clip adhesive (circled in image
1). Make sure the adhesive is
fully removed from the printer.
2. Remove JAM box cover (4
screws) on top of the printer.
