AS Optional condensate pump
stops pumping water due to
any kinks and/or blockage in
the drain line or due to
improper routing of the drain
line. 1. Remove any blockage or
kinks from the drain line or
improve hose installation.
2. Press and hold FAN+ and -
FAN buttons for 5 seconds
to reset.
Defective condensate pump 1. Repair or replace the
condensate pump.
2. Press and hold FAN+ and -
FAN buttons for 5 seconds
to reset.
Missing or loose jumper
connector on the unit
without the condensate
pump 1. If the jumper connector is
in place, check connection.
If the jumper connector is
missing, insert the jumper
connector and check
connection.
2. Press and hold FAN+ and -
FAN buttons for 5 seconds
to reset.
CF Defective compressor 1. Replace the compressor.
2. Press and hold FAN+ and -
FAN buttons for 5 seconds
to reset.
E1 Loose RTS thermistor
connection Reconnect the RTS
thermistor and check
connection.
Defective RTS thermistor
(short or open) Replace the RTS thermistor.
E2 Loose ODS thermistor
connection Reconnect the ODS
thermistor and check
connection.
Defective ODS thermistor
(short or open) Replace the ODS thermistor.
E3 Loose CTS1 thermistor
connection Reconnect the CTS1
thermistor and check
connection.
Defective CTS1 thermistor
(short or open) Replace the CTS1
thermistor.
