Client Signature – Time Stamping – Book Filtering

This Window is where you will Configure the way you want the Client to work for you.

There are many Options to Consider.

Let’s start with the Signature, Time Stamping and Book Filtering.

 Here you will choose whether you wish to use a

Signature by Checking that Box.

 A Signature that you type in the Field will be

sent with each Message that you Send.

 You can choose to have it show up in the

Beginning or at the End of the Message.

 If you wish to show the Date and Time the

message was sent, you will check that Box and
it will Automatically be Sent each time you
Send a Message.

 Address Book Filtering lets you choose which

books are assigned to this one Client only, not
a global setting.

 You choose One or more Books to show the

user a list of Recipients within those Books.

 Or you can make sure no books are selected

and All Recipients will show from All the Books
within the List of Books Shown.
