Configure Options – General Tab – Recipient Groups
In this Screen, Click the ADD Button to Create/Name Groups and Add the Recipients for each Group.
You can Highlight any Group and Click the Delete Button to Remove that Group.
Click OK to Exit the Screen.
Configure Options – General Tab – Pre-Defined Messages
In this Screen, Type any Message (as Shown in this Example) and Click the ADD Button.
Highlight any Saved Message and Click the Delete Button to Remove the Message from the List.
Type a New Message, then Highlight an Existing Message and click the “Replace” Button to swap the old Existing Message
with the Newly Created Message.
Click OK to Exit the Screen.
