3. Look into the chamber to make sure there are no obstructions in
the barrel (see picture 5).

4. Clean the barrel with a cotton patch to remove any oil or grease
residues.
5. Point the muzzle downrange in a safe direction.
6. Carefully insert one cartridge of the proper caliber completely into
the breech (see picture 6).

7. Close the action, pushing back up the lever (see picture 7).

ALWAYS SLIDE EASILY INTO THE CHAMBER

DO NOT LOAD DIFFERENT CALIBER AMMUNITION THAN WHAT IS MARKED ON THE BARREL OF
YOUR GUN

1.
If a cartridge doesn’t enter easily in the chamber, remove it and check the cartridge chamber to make sure
it is not obstructed or ruined.
2. Check the cartridge to make sure it is of correct caliber and dimension
3. Do not use ammunition with a protruding primer, you risk accidentally shooting the ammo when closing the
breech block.
4. You are now ready to fire the rifle.
